I received my order with an item missing (not an issue), I rang to inform them of this and was informed I was wrong! The employee (claiming to be the supervisor) stated he had packed the order himself so it was definitely there. He then went on to be aggressive and threatening claiming he was definitely right and that I should go to the shop in person if I had an issue. Despite the fact I was sitting there with my meal in front of me, missing this item. I even offered to take a photo of what I had received. He told me I was basically lying about it and they would not be delivering it to me, nor refunding the monies for this portion of the order. He ended the conversion by hanging up the phone to me. Customer satisfaction is most certainly not their strong point!!
