I booked for them to come an inspect my property so they can give a quote for railings instalation.
For that I had to take the day off and stay at home.
Not only the guy (Steve H) did not show up but when I called to the office they told me, in a very rude way, that "he was on his way".
Obviously he did not show up and no one called to give explanations or apologise.
Very untrusworthty company. Please look somewhere else for good railing installers.
