  To be honest, I wasn't too sure what to really expect when I began studying Maths at the Centre. Aida, my tutor or coach was very welcoming, understanding and very helpful. Down to earth, even though I was aware how busy the centre could be sometimes, It didn't bother her at all to come to my desk to explain things I couldn't understand and how to go about them. She was a great motivator and I cannot believe that I passed both Maths level 1 and level 2 within two months. Her cheerfulness and dedication to helping learners to pull through are her greatest strengths. Many thanks Aida, you are the best!

  Okay, I'm going to be as honest as possible so that I can help people who are about to start work at Intech Centre. I must also say that I will be writing this review as an employee and NOT as a customer (as I have never been a customer at Intech Centre). Also just a side note, if you want to check if the reviews are legit, check how many times has the person given reviews and what kind of reviews has he given.
  
  This is by far one of the most unprofessional places I've worked at. I worked here for more than a month, some of the colleagues were extremely grumpy, unfriendly and unhelpful. My first day was the worst day in my entire work life, I was told to come half an hour early (which I don't have a problem with), but I just waited half an hour for a member of staff to arrive, so basically I came early for nothing. Then, there was no orientation, the person who was there told me to go around and see the place by myself, I wasn't told anything NOT even the basics, such as: where are the toilets and kitchen located, and where will I be sitting. On top of that when you start as an employee you only get paid your travel allowance for 1 week. These guys really want to exploit poor employees, who are just trying to earn a living for their families. The manager was away during my first week, so I thought maybe the staff are acting a bit funny because the manager is not there. But when he came, the first thing he did was he called me and on my work number, I picked up the phone and he started acting like he is a customer, and once I found out its him he hanged up the phone on me. Then he came and sat right next to me and started observing me to see what am I doing, telling me don't say that or don't do that. There is no trust relationship between the manager and the employees whatsoever. They basically treat employees like kids. The staff are also expected to clean all the bins, so everyday two employees go in the building and clear the rubbish in the whole building. I mean come on guys who does that? There was no training what so ever, so how can you expect people to perform if you don't give them training. If you make a mistake, you get told of like a child. The staff are expected to work on Saturdays and half an hour extra every day, but the pay was no way as good as it should be. The manager sits right at the back and has dozens of cameras installed in the whole building, so one of his main jobs is to watch the cameras and see what people are doing.
  
  Also the business is very much like business-minded, so they don't really want to help the customers unless the customer is bringing them money which is sad because these customers actually need genuine help to learn, find a job or have a good idea of what they are doing in their life.
  A girl called Dalia was so annoying and rude. She used to swear making the place look so unprofessional.
