As a complete novice to yoga, Sam patiently guided me through my initial tredipdation and complete lack of flexibility and form! She is able to adapt her classes to the mood in the room as needed and is always changing the routines so it does not become repetitive. Thanks to her teaching I have seen big gains in my strength, posture, balance and flexibility, and would recommend her sessions to everyone
