I couldn't wait for my treatment to finish, the lady who was doing my treatment was extremely rude, patronising and racist towards me. She said and I quote, in England we obey the rules and you are a liar for saying noone has ever informed you of waxing after treatment. I strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs. Never felt so bad about myself in my life! She even asked if my skin had contagious disease!
