  I recommend this place 100% to anyone who is looking to buy a car whether it is the first or more. This place have honestly provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I saw one of their Mercedes cars online, and so I called to ask them more about it and they answered all of my questions, and so I went to get the car the next day. such an easy and quick process! Thank you Adam :)

  Avoid if you don't want aggression - go here if you want to be upset. Of course car salesmen will be accommodating and nice to you on the first visit, as they want to sell however when things go wrong this is where they show their true colours. Unfortunately they made my experience buying my first car extremely upsetting. 1st time viewing, there was work to be done as expected with any car being sold - I dealt directly with Adam who seemed honest and hard working. A contract was made to fix these things and on the basis that any of these things had not been done I was to receive a full deposit refund. On 2nd inspection, the car was not up to adequate standard with the contract not being met. Adam was very quick to get upset, angry, and highly emotional that I was not happy with the work. He kindly offered to fix these things however because of his temper and absolute unprofessionalism as a salesman, I no longer wished to put my trust here. Eventually he got too upset and said I was not allowed to buy the car anymore- he later apologised for being too heated, but by then it was too late. The work he did to the car was not wasted or unappreciated - but a few things were not to the standard we had agreed upon. The manager was more of a reasonable man who listened carefully to my needs and understood the disappointment. He was calm however did not want to refund the deposit due to their costs already spent on repairs. I did not buy today not because of quality of the car, but because your salesman was quick to argue, highly emotional and therefore unprofessional.
  
  I was in tears at the disappointment, everything he said was "hear me out and stop talking, let me explain myself" and I was not allowed to express my opinion. The customer and client should be first priority, there was no apology given for the standard not being met, just defensiveness and arguments. Very sad.
  
  P.S I do not wish to receive a reply of you defending yourselves here. A bad review is a bad review. You have argued enough with me, if I receive another argument of your defence this will just prove my point to everyone - argumentative, emotional, and heated.
  
  They will try to do whatever it takes to make excuses. The fact of the matter is, Adam was rude and heated and lost his s***. - You will see by the response that they will keep defending to the bitter end. What is worse, they kept £200 of deposit and this money can't be returned. Won't be making a complaint, you're a waste of time - what is more - a bad review is a bad review - everyone can see and can email me directly in order to hear my full experience - including recordings made during the meeting of Adam shouting at me.

  This place is the absolute best place to buy a car! With no exaggeration. The lads who were at this place are great, they provide the best help. I brought my second car two days ago from this place and my experience was great. They went through everything with me in just an hr and went on a test drive to ensure it was all good and made sure i was satisfied before buying the car. Thanks lads!
