In late 2015/early 2016 they were lead contractor on the conversion of our three-bed flat in a warehouse building in SE1. The big deal was that they started exactly on the date in the contract and finished exactly on the specified date twelve weeks later. The final cost of the job was about 7% higher than tendered but all that was down to items that couldn't have been reasonably foreseen or the clients (us) changing our minds.
IMAC recruited and managed brilliant electrical and plumbing sub-contractors and made sure they worked as part of the team.
The building work that IMAC's tradesmen carried out themselves included a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new terrace, patio doors, windows, flooring and extensive redecoration. Everything was done to the highest standard and the main aim of all their people was to satisfy the clients' wishes fully. They achieved that aim in an efficient and friendly manner.
