- Martin Gott Review added: 2018.06.03★ ★ ★ ★ ★Benefit overpayment issue ( >40k, 10 years, wrong from outset, multiple claims ). Concerned about the Interview Under Caution and prosecution/prison. I paid £245 (so they'd speak with investigator), £2950 (help writing a statement), £2400 (private psychiatrist's report). They spent hours on my case (for example 127 email replies from them). They should list the other charges on their website to give idea of cost. Outcome is that mitigating factors have been well-presented, so prosecution avoided instead I will pay 2-3k financial penalty (and of course entire overpayment as well). I am pleased with my outcome and the work they did for me. I didn't go with their competition (350+Vat for Mitigation Package pays for 3 hours of solicitor work) so can't comment on their effectiveness.
