  Came here for the cocktail happy hour deal they seem to build their entire ‘brand’ upon. Was a bit suspicious at first as it was 7pm on a Friday yet the place had only a few people in it. Blonde waitress sloppily set our Mint Juleps onto the bar and the decorative mint leaf from one of them fell to the floor, she went around the bar and just picked it up in front of us and put it back onto the drink. I complained obviously and politely asked for a new drink. Her response was horrifyingly rude and sarcastic as she refused. I said I will not be paying for the drink and that her attitude was unacceptable to which she just shrugged. I then asked to talk to the manager of the place who took 20 minutes to show up, literally wearing sweatpants and a stained t shirt. Absolutely appalling. He then proceeded to not make eye contact and to keep checking his phone as I was explaining the issue to him, completely disinterested, looking like he had somewhere else to be, incredibly unprofessional. Although this person couldn’t even piece a comprehensible sentence in English together it was clear that the language wasn’t the barrier in our communication. We left without paying for or drinking the cocktails they’d served us. Incredibly dehumanising experience, waste of a Friday night. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
