They actually let you look freely without someone breathing down your neck! I've come here to get a watch band adjusted and the gentleman in the back doing the adjustments is really great - he's super fast, very precise (in this case I had a rubber strap that needed to be shortened), and very inexpensive as well. I highly recommend coming here for any repairs/adjustments on watches!
