We booked an executive room, but room given didn't have space to even go around the bed. I was told because it was a 'small executive' as opposed to a 'large executive' -- if such a category really exists why weren't we made aware of it when making the booking? ... They changed the room on second day.
The beds are a sin: old, sagging, without any support whatsoever! For someone with back problems this hotel is a no go!
Didn't like that they actually charged my credit card weeks before I was even in the hotel -- never had such an experience before.
Only redeeming factor is the hotel's proximity to Paddington Station. But still there are probably better hotels in the area. Hotel not recommendable under any circumstances.
