The receptionists as well are young people dressing informal t-shirts. A good overall feeling but still identical in all the rooms and all the cities where the hotel is
- Sandra Luque Review added: 2018.06.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was charged more than the price agreed by Booking. Then if you do not have a credit card from the UK be aware!!! I end up paying 40 more euros because IBIS did not use the official exchange rate and on top charged extra fees. Nevertheless, the bill shows the price originally agreed by booking in GBP. BUT in my credit card I was charged 40 more euros! The way the hotel charges hidden fees and not even shows them in the bill is totally illegal.
In all, the hotel was totally overpriced, no breakfast included, terrible bedding and pillows, very small room for two (so small that only there was place for ONE bedside table!). The shower has no power at all and constantly jumps from very hot to cold, thus having a shower was a total nightmare trying not to get burn. The room has a poor ventilation system that makes the room smelly of food (very unpleasant). If it wasn’t for the location the rest is a NO GO hotel
