Coming from NYC, I've taken upwards of 50 pilates classes, and today's class will stand out for years to come. Not only were we outside in the sunshine (I had the choice of staying inside, too), Mehret's attention to my movements made it such an educational experience. I left refreshed and more aware of my body - which I can't say for many classes I've attended in the past. I hope to be back soon x
- Hellema Ibrahim Review added: 2018.02.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not really friendly and stringent: Classes cancelled at the last minute twice. I had to reschedule but couldn't because the pass had expired. Then they cancelled the classes I already paid for. Moreover there's no reception so it's a bit disconcerting if you never been before and if you meet difficulty if the class is cancelled for example. Better practice at home for free with YouTube. On a plus side, it's local not too busy studio.
