- Thomas Johnston Review added: 2018.03.30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just spent 30 minutes in this Post Office people waiting in line out to the door and outside but they failed to make an effort to open the 3rd till avialable, although a 3rd person was there doing nothing of importance other than watching the others. This is the weekend before Christmas but yet they are acting like it’s a normal day. 3rd till should have been open and another doing their shop and photocopier as at one stage 2 of them were standing at photocopier trying to work it. I have a major spinal problem and many other people including elderly with walking sticks, left standing while they made no effort to look after customers. Terrible post office now, used to be very good before these people took over. Staff had no idea how to supply a compliaints form for customer services. I was asked to return on Monday. They wouldn’t even get 1 star if I had the choice. Horrendous!
