I had a valid £5 off discount voucher issued during a previous purchase, but their till couldn't scan it or accept code, and the store manager simply left it at that - denying me using their own voucher and not willing to override the till or offer me any alternative. Very poor customer service.
On top of that, the wait to pay was very long as two staff were out back, leaving only one on the tills (and who didn't have the sense to call her colleagues for help).
