I left some printing to be done while traveling for a few days and upon returning to collect was told they had been accidentally thrown away while tidying up. In addition some of the pages were not specification I asked for, even though I had shown a sample of previous prints to match to. Had to take them anyway for a deadline. I will probably use again as I do not know any good print companies that offer the same services and speed, however disappointed with the lack of communication and will have to double check everything is correct.
