As a member of directors for the resident managing company we have tried very hard to work with them. However like the previous review, this company is un-professional. They are not even a reactive business, it takes them weeks to reply an email. They don't even deal with matters that are serious health & safety issues. AGM can slip, accounts are a mess.
Break down in communication, numerous excuses, we have had no choice but to look elsewhere. Avoid HML at all cost, if you want your property to see any growth in return.
