With limited resources nationally, the Doctors and other staff at this bright modern surgery do their best to offer a good and supportive service. Emergency appointments can be offered where possible and the area emergency Hub is based here too. Cafe on site during core hours and several other clinics plus pharmacy.

I feel like the reception stuff doesn't have the ability to book in customers if they feel unwell at that day. They have emergency appointments starting from 6.30 but only got informed about those when the phoneline opened which is at 8am. To then get told the next appointment they have is in 2 weeks time.
Also the doctor i had was very unprofessional too, when I got to see him previously with severe back pain. He book me another appointment for a blood test the results are done quickly to book another appointment to talk about the results you can wait two weeks again. After those two weeks the results came back and all was fine he didn't even explain the results, he just said they are all fine. Because I was still in pain he booked me an appointment for an x-ray, 2 weeks waiting time for the x-ray 2 weeks waiting time for the appointment. I got the result that I have a minor scoliosis and that's the reason why I have so much back pain. I should do physio, physio helped but the pain was still there. I called my private insurance and they said i would need to get a referral from my gp for a back specialist. So two weeks waiting time again until I got my referral, with the question, why I wanted the referral and why they said I need an MRI, being upset that someone actually decided to care for me and over go his decision that I don't need an MRI. The MRI results showed I have two bulged disks and I had to get the epidural injection because my pain didn't go away. If it wouldn't have been because of mt private insurance and the referral i probably would still be in pain. It took 2-3 months of being signed off of work, and getting my issue resolved.
I called this morning because I felt sick since a few days every time I eat or do a little bit more I feel dizzy. And the same thing happens again. We only have an appointment in two weeks. Am I supposed to feel sick for two weeks and might recover in the meantime?
