I was told i would get a call in 6m time to renew the lock and make a following payment for a further 6m. No one called me after 6m. I went in to find my locker had been given to someone else and the content of my locker worth £200 was now missing. Holborn fitness first could not even locate the signed declaration for the locker which makes me think the my belongings have been stolen by a staff member. No one has bothered to ring me back to compensate me for my loss. Appauling service.
