And it is not the fault of the local staff - it’s the fault of senior Hertz management who refuse to supply the office with enough cars AND cleaners.
We had to wait for over an hour for our car and even then we elected to take a ‘dirty’ car rather than wait another hour!
And there were other renters in the office who had waited for OVER 2 hours.
Don’t say you weren’t warned!
