They said yes, the lady at the phone said yes and book me an appointment, she was also going to double check with the manager and if there was any problem she would give me a call back. She didn't, so I thought it was all good.
I received the message confirming my appointment.
I went. Waited.
The girl that was supposed to look after my daughter's hair said: "No, I don't know how to cut afro hair".
I want to leave this review because my little daughter was upset, she felt like she has difficult hair and nobody wants to cut them. She is only 5, and it was an upsetting situation. Now we booked to the same Company but in another location.
Update: the other location was Kingston, when we got there we had the same issue, and the manager was even very rude.
