I FELT VERY LOW EMOTIONALLY AND DIDN'T FEEL ANY BETTER WHEN I HAD TO COLLECT THE FOOD VOUCHERS WHICH WAS AWARDED TO ME. I'VE WORKER WITHIN THE HOUSING FOR ST MUNGO'S AND NOBODY, WHEN DOWN ON THEIR LUCK...NEEDS TO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE ACCEPTING HAND OUTS! I WAS ATTACKED IN THE WORKPLACE AND NOW ON LONG-TERM SICK.

You go in there for help and walk out in tears with no hope. They have all the answers to argue back with you it's almost like they been trained to not help people and tell them different stories to get them off their backs. This council doesn't even deserve 1 star.
