We were happy to pay a 40% deposit however 10 weeks and several increasingly frustrated phone calls later we were still waiting. When the order finally did arrive it was incomplete and the one blind we did have had the wrong colour tape. When the other 2 eventually arrived, only one was fit for purpose. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience. We wanted to support a local business; in retrospect we wish we'd gone with one of the bigger chains. We got the impression that Hallmark Blinds has businesses as its primary client base which might explain the rather poor service we were afforded. Although their blinds are of very good quality, I would not recommend them as you could get the same quality with better service elsewhere.
