- taji boom Review added: 2018.04.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried using Halfords auto centre Chingford for the first time and they were appalling.
They failed my MOT because my engine idle speed was to high and my offside headlight was to high and had the broken adjuster. Was quotes £250 for new headlight and £50 for diagnosis for the engine idle speed.
Took my car to a another local garage in my area and they said the adjuster is not broken and the engine idle speed is fine and the PASSED MY MOT.
From this I understood that Halfords may have a cheap MOT price but they are lying people who try to make money from you by pulling you with cheap advertised MoT prices.
Will never be going back.
