I bought a suit which needed some alterations - they said they'd call me to tell me when the alterations were done and I could collect, but they never did. I collected the suit and when I got home I saw they had failed to remove the security tag, which meant I had to take another journey into London so they could remove it. Very disappointing for a business which seeks to present itself as standards of old-school quality, style and service.
