- Jan Hicks Review added: 2018.01.02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. Terrible. I took a necklace in for repair and was told the repair centre would contact me with an estimate within a week. After 2 weeks and no call I returned to the shop. They said they would contact the repair centre and let me know what was going on. Two days later I received not a call but a text message asking me to ring. I tried 6 times - no-one picked up and there was no facility to leave a message. I called the store again and said I wanted my item returned and the repair centre said it would take 8 days to get back to the store. I said that this was unacceptable and the assistant said she would go herself to collect the necklace and get it posted to me home. She, at least, was helpful.
Don't shop here and especially don't use their repair service. Their customer service is appalling.
