  We have been members for just under a year and can not fault the techers running the class.
  
  However when it came to moving up a class we were told that no places were available. This meant my daughter missing class (she was simply too big) and when we tried to make up classes we were told classes were full for 6 weeks - in a rather abrupt way on the phone unfortunately. So then decided to cancel the membership in early January citing the fact that the subscription offers no value for money if we can’t book a class. They needed 2 emails to be cancelled and even then they still didn’t cancel the DD. They apologised for miscommunication and offered a new slot - though with no way of making classes up and a little bit frustrated by the whole process we passed on the offer.
  
  Today, February 26, My daughter hasn’t attended a class for c.3 months (yet they still take payment) and when I asked for a call back (emails/calls are ignored/not followed up) was called by Charlotte - the admin lady - who was extremely rude and very unpleasant. Wouldn’t answer my questions questions and ultimately put the phone down (while I was still trying to understand the cancellation policy) - on a (still) paying customer. Unfortunately for them I am on recorded lines at work so when i play back the call - it doesn’t sound so great for them. Have escalated to head office as the response was wholly unjustified.
  
  So in conclusion - it’s a nice class run by very enthusiastic teachers. Let down by poorly trained admin staff.
