- Gordon - Review added: 2018.06.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately I did not have such a positive experience due to unforeseen circumstances I missed an appointment I rang the next day to apologise & rebook, I fully expected to pay a missed appointment charge but did not expect to have to pay for a full groom session - I found the owners attitude to be rude and aggressive when I queried why the full charge was due.
For a new business I was surprised at her attitude - horrible - would not let her near my dog!
