  The worst food and worst customer service!
  I had been ordering regularly from this takeaway and always enjoyed the quality of the food. However, our last order was not up to scratch at all.
  I had ordered a large lamb shish meal. When it arrived it looked nothing like cubed lamb shish. Instead it was the fatty parts of the meat AND it was not even cooked! The inside of all pieces of meat was raw/uncooked! And the smell was disgusting.
  We called the restaurant to inform them of this matter, seeing as we were regulars we was expecting them to at least OFFER a new, freshly cooked order to be sent out OR a refund.
  The chap on the phone said he could not offer a refund or a new meal. He also stated that they cook all their meats “medium”, however we have never had this problem with their cooong before. I believe because it was quite late in the night they 1 could not be bothered to cook the food properly, 2 did not want to make a fresh meal and 3 basically rob you of your money. I asked what mans name was that I was speaking too but he hung up the phone.
  I would like to add that if I was in a restaurant and my food was not up to eating standard, that when I raised this matter to a member of staff/manager that a new fresh plate would be made so why is it any different just because it a takeaway service? I find the customer service absolutely appalling and will not be returning to this place and will recommend my family and friends stay away. Also, I didn’t even get a full refund, only half even though I ate NONE of the food. Absolute joke of a place and I hope they get closed down.
