On the day we moved in, the lock didn't work. We called, someone showed up to confirm the nature of the problem and then NEVER RETURNED.
We were left to our own devices, locked out of the flat with all our possessions on the street.
When we moved into the flat it hadn't been cleaned. And by that I mean it was in an absolutely disgusting condition. My feet were literally black after walking on it for just 1 minute. The fridge and the oven were turned into biological experiments with creatures of all kinds growing inside. They just didn't do their job.
Now they want to charge us £180 to simply renew the tenancy contract, a procedure that doesn't cost them anything (or £20 at best) and which I have never come across in 6 years of renting in London with 3 other agencies. They're not even trying to justify it.

They're unprofessional and disrespectful, especially the senior people. Everything takes forever and they have no sense of client service. Oh, and if you are a tenant watch out for your deposit because it will take ages to get it back at the end of the tenancy

Very incompetent Property management department, they always seemed to be very busy and were ignoring my emails and phone calls. I had to speak to two branch managers just to get the relevant person to start my checkout process and the deposit refund.
Still my deposit is still not released 4 weeks after I moved out of the property. I have been promised they would chase their accounts department and payment would be with me soon too many times.
I have been renting with them for more than 4 years but this is the last time I am renting with them. Very incompetent service.
