Jonathan always manages to find a captivating way to explain an idea. My two boys are working towards Grade 5 and Grade 3 Trinity and Jonathan is making sure they really reach the grade and enjoy their playing and practice. We all look forward to the lessons.

In university holidays, our son still contacts Jonathan for the occasional lesson. Jonathan really does tailor his teaching to the individual. He is relaxed, engaging and enthusiastic. He plays alongside the student, and communicates his love for all kinds of music. He is approachable, friendly and encouraging. Above all, Jonathan is a very talented musician and gentle, responsive teacher.
