I found it online and as it was near work I popped in on my lunch hour, having made the appointment the same day over the phone. A lovely Iranian lady washed and cut my mid-length hair. It was nice and quick. I am really pleased; the layers are great and she kept the length, while also tidying up a mistake in the front layers that a previous hairdresser had made. I will go back as it's a good value, no frills, decent cut and she does what you've asked for.
