We called to find out where it was and was told it 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later it was still not with us, I called and was greeted by a very unprofessional lady whom would not let me get a word in!! When she finally stopped talking over me, I asked what the hold up was? She responded (was exceptionally confused) and couldn't tell me where the driver was. I said I was unhappy with the service and asked what she was prepared to do to which she said I don't know what you want me to say! The lady then hung up on me! We rang again and asked for the delivery drivers number and to speak to the manager and was given a number for both. The food eventually arrived, after having the given the driver directions at 1.40pm at which point we declined the food. VERY disappointed at the level of customer service (non existent).
