- Jenny Joy Review added: 2018.07.14★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Was there on Thursday for my sister's birthday. Great food and staff was indeed friendly overall. However, when the bill arrived we were surprised to find the price of the wine we had picked was falsely advertised. The £35 sticker had apparently fallen down and therefor the £17 sticker was the only one visible to customers on the shelf. I don't mind paying a more expensive bottle of wine if I know how much it is from the start, but since that wasn't the price shown, I was really disappointed when staff refused to cut us a deal, apparently because the manager wasn't present at the time so they couldn't do anything about it. The least was to say "we are sorry for not having the correct price up, yes of course we'll sell you the bottle for the price you saw it at". It's simple customer service and most importantly it's about not falsely advertising the price of your products. It's against the law.
