WE bought Gaggenau appliances with FCI, don't buy Gaggenau. The customer service is very bad and this company as well. I bought a wine cooler 3months ago, the wine cooler arrived with the opening door on the left , so as how I ordered it . But the cover to fix the handle arrived with the handle on the right.so I can't use it. The retailer told me " it's not my fault, " But He is responsible to my order . When you bought something , it's to use it.He doesn't refund me and he doesn't want exchange the cover. I need to paid £300 more. It's unacceptable. I post a bad review for fci , my review is true and he told me if you didn't remove your review I will take a solicitor?
It's not very professional and it is a bad behaviour for a retailer.
I bought a combo steam oven Gaggenau, 8 months later I need to change the filter. ? I used my oven only 8 times.
Definitively DON'T BUY GAGGENAU...It's very expensive and the quality is not good.
