I highly do not recommend this salon as not only they can't deliver the result they promise you they would achieve but also because of very unprofessional level of service. I clearly explained what hair colour I want at the beginning, showing pictures and everything, but after spending many hours the result was completely different. after a very long and frustrating conversation and completely unhappy with the result I left the salon. not to mention that they did not offer any kind of compensation or any other complementary service to repair it.The person who cut my hair was an Artistic director according to their seniority but I was charged for the price of senior director. I had a %50 discount voucher to use but the greedy salon's manager did not even include the discount at the end. providing absolutely no reason for it. complete waste of time and money.
