- Anne Smith Review added: 2018.06.06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We appointed Future Comforts for there help in refurbishing our house in Fulham, London. We obtained 3 quotes for these works - Future Comforts appeared to be the cheapest of the 3. From start to finish it was a complete shambles. We have had workers who dont speak a word of English, live electrical cables hanging from the hallway ceiling (which my son received a shock from) and they flooded my basement when one of there workers accidentally cut through our incoming water pipe. Flooding the basement was the final straw and I asked them to leave. I asked one of the other building companies we received a quote from to complete the works who have been fantastic in resolving the many faults Future Comforts made. My advise... dont always go with the cheapest quote and avoid Future Comforts at all costs !!!
