This company belong to a con man.
My land lady got a fridge-freezer from them less then 2 month ago, it was still under warranty.
She called them last Saturday and they said they will come to substitute the fridge-freezer on Tuesday as my fridge didn't work.
We waited Tuesday, Wednesday and every time they made us wait just to say when we called that they got mechanical problems . On Thursday last night I was super upset and called the guy on 21.00.
He said that the driver will come at 23.30 THAT NIGHT! Was tired and upset and we really need it so me and my husband waited . The driver and his guy came just after 23.00 with a terrible looking fridge that was dented and short of glass.
we been told to wait 8 hours before using because of the gas. We called the owner again to ask him to come and fetch the old fridge as we got a full freezer and it will be wasted if we leave it 8 hours out side. He really didn't care and eventually we been left with the old fridge and the guys took back the ''new'' fridge. We are now left with fridge that not working.
