  Only been here twice (and once years and years ago) but everything I experienced was lovely.
  The first time was with a friend for an event night. We were nervous that a lot of people seemed to know everyone, but everyone was super friendly. We ate a pizza that tasted like something you'd find in Italy, and then we drunk a ludicrous amount of wine and it's one of the best nights I've had in ages.
  
  Second trip - going out for a late lunch with my mum. She wants to sit outside and has a bad back so she hates going anywhere because that means in an uncomfortable chair.
  
  Here - the outdoor area is phenomenal - I'm sure other reviews will give a better idea of the scale of it but the reason I really wanted to leave a review is because my mum noticed something I hadn't which is that there are about 4 different types of chair. We had the place to ourselves and I led her towards the comfy cushioned sofa but she said "wait look that's perfect" and found herself a wicker chair that was under the shelter. We split a pizza and a bottle of wine and she says it was hands down the most comfortable chair she's sat in (and the most welcome she's felt as a smoker) since our family trip to Greece over a decade ago!
  The only thing she said she'd change is that some more heating in the garden would make a big difference. I agree, but it definitely won't stop me from coming back.
  
  Overall, this place can be intimidating. It looks like a place for regulars, and it is - but then you find that the regulars are mostly welcoming and the staff are too cheerful to be faking it and you end up thinking "hey, I'd love to be a regular" and that's pretty rare!
