They apply a machine gun approach - once they have a role they all send out a mass mail without considering your experience or preferences. Then they work with the first 10-20 responses they receive without following up with the rest of the crowd. Don't bother.
Work with very few trusted and professional companies who will work with you INDIVIDUALLY and who will work same way with the hiring client. One day they might feel they need to change but it will be too late - the Ubers of recruiting and artificial intelligence will replace these recruitment "experts".
All the best to the hiring companies and to the candidates, find each other without these cowboy middlemen, you clearly do not need them.
