Review added: 2017.12.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I bought these shoes I specifically asked the seller if there was a way to clean them, to which he sold me one product to clean them and another so that they would keep dry under rainy conditions. The problem is that I was lyed about the cleaning products and my shoes got ruined since the first wash.
I went to the store and asked for a refund, they told me to come back the next thay when the manager would be there. So I went the other day and I got seriously angry and frustrated, as if I was crazy and making the whole thing up, even if he saw the shoes in person. He then contradicted himself for a brief period of time and said, "If this is because of our cleaning product", suggesting there was actually damaged but not by their cleaning product.
I never got a refund... The guys don't even have the correct address on their ticket. They acted very unprofessional, and I woudn't trust them with anything.
