The first time round they charged £100 for a battery replacement and upon getting her phone back she was unable to make or receive calls.
After they were told of the issue, the phone was sent back again and a further 3 weeks passed. They were unable to repair the phone so it got returned. Unfortunately, they stated we couldn't be refunded all the money paid for repair.
Take your business elsewhere if you're looking for a prompt service.
