  TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FLOWERS! I cannot give a minus score on here otherwise I would. I ordered valentines roses 1 week in advance to ensure delivery for valentines day. Flowers turned up and they looked like they have been bunched a week earlier when I ordered them. Dry, tired looking and dying/dead! The additional 'buffer'' greenery was torn, brown and also tired and dead. I called up to report this when my partner called me and sent me photo's of the delivery and quite frankly I was appalled by the reaction of Elaine Partleton who is the owner. Elaine literally screamed at me down the phone in defense..... Rude and aggressive towards me for daring to complain. I can only assume she was having a bad day as I was not the only person ringing in the complain about the flowers being delivered on that day. Elaine even had the audacity to say '''she isn't talking about the bunch of flowers we delivered....it must have been the other flowers she has had delivered from another companies today from other people''.....??? What!! Elaine you delivered to a business address you ignorant fisherman's wife.... I can only assume that other people chose to send their partners flowers to that business address from another flower company so as not to use you! Not only does ''The Flower Lady'' send out a substandard product but Elaine the proprietor is rude, aggressive and quite frankly an unstable person. I have made inquiries and this company work with large international flower firms as a local distributor so I am reporting this incident to them along with with the recorded telephone conversation I have of when I spoke to Elaine and which proves her disgusting language and aggressive manner to a unsatisfied customer over the phone.
