They are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond which takes the hassle and stress out of organising holidays/flights. I always go to Amy because she now knows the seats I like when I fly, she checks me in and makes me feel relaxed as I know I am in good hands. I will never book a flight on line ever again, I want to book through an actual human who knows me and if I do need to makes changes/ask questions I know who I can contact and not have to call a website call centre.
