We spent months planning our European vacation, only to have our flight cancelled due to weather. Considering the amount of money we gave to Fleetway, we thought they would work with us in figuring out more options. They basically told us “there is nothing we can do”. They were unwilling to explore alternatives for us. They were unwilling to refund any of the money we spent. (The company does not offer travel insurance unless you are a citizen of the United Kingdom) I couldn’t even communicate with the airline because the airline was directing me to Fleetway, and Fleetway was directing us to the airline. Buyers beware! Take my advice, book on your own, but do not book with Fleetway!
