- SPM1966SPM Review added: 2018.07.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible company, my advice is never use them.
Most of my windows from them have developed problems within the 10 Year 'Guarantee' they give, e.g. Locks failing, seals have failed allowing condensation on the inside of the units. I contacted them but they refuse to honour the guarantee, stating they are not the same company, but they obviously are.
They never get back to you when they say they will; and they hang-up on you.
Do not trust them with your money!
