I initially had troublesome lower back pain which Adam helped rectify following some targeted sessions, for which I was very grateful! Since then I’ve been going back to Adam for ‘maintenance’, and always feel loose, relaxed and refreshed after his sports massage. I would therefore highly recommend Adam for his top sports massage skills.
