On a late arrival at the airport there wasn't anyone there, calls to the local contact and the 'emergency' number were a waste of time. Eventually we received a text suggesting we got a taxi. So we joined a long queue and had to hold my son on my lap.
A stressful start to our holiday and a couple of days later we received an email apologising and offering us a complimentary transfer back to the airport. We were tentative to accept but were assured it was all confirmed so did.
On departure day, no car arrived yet again and local/emergency contacts were again pointless. We tried to get a taxi quickly but were quite remote and that took quite some time meaning we missed our flight and again had to hold my son on my lap on the journey back to the airport.
Family transfers added a lot of stress and expense to our family holiday. From reading the other reviews, they seem good if the cars arrive, but if they don't you are on your own believe me. A much better and cheaper option would be just to contact local providers directly and arranging car seats through them.
