Having been quoted a couple of weeks previously, we went in pretty much knowing what we wanted. However, we ended up having a very unpleasant experience, as the owner of the shop commented that he didn't care what we had been quoted by another staff member on our previous visit (despite the fact that it had been written in their book). He came across as very impolite and hostile. I would definitely not recommend purchasing a pair of glasses from this shop - I have never been at the receiving end of such poor customer service. We also found the same pair of glasses in the opticians at selfridges afterwards at a better price, and with much better customer service.
