  I had the the most terrible experience and to start off with, this salon doesn't even deserve one star. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!
  
  The customer service is appalling as the 'stylist' did not make any effort with me to have a conversation. I purchased a coupon on Wowcher, for a cut, blow dry and half head colour. The colour was put on agressively without foil, the bleach was applied carelessly and there was some on the side of my face. There wasn't much attention given to me as she was serving another customer at the same time. The bleach was left on too long, and it had dried up on my hair leaving my hair lifeless and dry.
  
  The hygiene levels are inadequate as, the equipment was used on me without steralising or washing. There was a hot fan placed above my head, whilst the stylist was giving her full attention to the other customer. There was an absence of a toner, and my hair turned out orangey ginger. Ontop of this there was no heat protection, whilst she was drying my hair I could smell my hair burning. And lastly the next day I realised after straightening my hair that it was cut unevenly, and chunks of hair started to fall out.
  
  Not to mention that they took extra money from me in the shop on top of the coupon, telling me that I have to pay for the blowdry even though that should have been included. I felt very scared to complain or mention anything at the time because I felt like this may affect her performance towards me, and that she'd purposely give me worser results. I felt very vulnerable as the stylist was rude also, I didn't know the area very well, and as it was the first time that I have attended.
  There was no policy in place, there was no patch test taken and I'm pretty sure this is a basic procedure, giving the customers more safety. There was also no hygiene or hospitality, I am now concerned about my health as I am loosing chunks of hair after reacting to the hair chemicals that they put on my hair.
  
  I have lost a lot of confidence in getting any treatment done on my hair after this experience. I have had a consultation on my hair and I am having to spend twice as much to get it treated and back to normal.
  
  As a proud and loyal customer of salons such as L'Oréal, I would recommend that you do not attend this salon.
